Châtel In Summer

Welcome to Chalet Tzigane, our fantastic chalet in the beautiful alpine resort of Châtel at the heart of the Portes du Soleil. We are ideally situated just 1hr and 20 minutes from Geneva Airport in the striking Abondance Valley and we offer various accommodation options in the summer season. The chalet is available on a Weekly Self Catered Basis, B&B, Half Board Packages and short stays are also available.
                                
Summer in the Portes du Soleil area is the perfect holiday destination, from early June when the shops, restaurants and lifts (adapted to take bikes) re-open until the end of September. There truly is something for everyone from relaxing pursuits to action packed adrenalin rushes the area provides it all in the glorious sunshine.

What do you do in summer?

In resort you can enjoy world class mountain biking, over 90kms of great Hill walking Trails, Mini Golf, outside swimming pools, tennis, horse riding, sunbathing at the lake, fishing, summer luge and the crazy Fantasticable to name but  a few.

In the area you can also White Water Rafting, Canyoning and Canoeing on the River Dranse or Wakeboarding and Water Skiing on stunning Lake Geneva, Great Golf at courses in Evian and surrounding valley and famous rock climbing on the Via Ferrata...

So whether you want a laid back summer holiday in the mountains or to meet like minded people for an action packed week, we look forward to welcoming you and making our Chalet the perfect base.

Châtel In Summer Prices & Options

We  offer the Chalet on a weekly self catered basis, or alternatively please contact us for long weekend, shorter or extended stay prices.  Whatever you choose we will be on hand to ensure you get the most of your holiday.  For dedicated catered mountain bike holidays please click on the left hand side menu.

Self catered Exclusive Use with private parking
Prices are per week for the whole chalet, max 8 people.

Transfers to and from Geneva Airport or local train stations are available, contact us direct !
